Conditions of sale

The owner of the online shop (hereinafter Online Shop) is OÜ Priit Press ja Lilled (registry code 10074152, VAT Tax EE 100236130), located Sakala 20, 10141 Tallinn, Harju County, tel. +372 645 4428, e-mail address [email protected], and the client who places an order at the online shop managed by and identifies themselves by inserting personal information to the order (hereinafter Client), have settled on the following conditions (hereinafter Sales Contract):

Sales contract validity, information on products and prices

While regulating their interactions, the contracting parties follow the laws of the Republic of Estonia, other legal acts, and agreements made in the Sales Contract.

The merchant has the right to change the terms and conditions of the Sales Contract unilaterally without the obligation to inform the client thereof in writing through electronic mail.

It is mandatory for the Client to acquaint themselves with the terms and conditions stated in the Sales Contract.

By ticking the box ‘I accept the terms and conditions’ while placing their order, the Client states that they have familiarised themselves with the terms and conditions stated in the Sales Contract, has understood them, and agrees to them.

The Client who has picked out desirable products is obligated to provide necessary information, marked by an asterisk, to complete the order.

If the product happens to be an alcoholic drink, then by completing the order, the Client assures that they are at least 18 years old and the recipient of the product is also at least 18 years old. The courier company checks the age of the recipient upon delivery and when in doubt, the courier may ask the recipient for identification documents. If the recipient refuses to provide a document, the courier may refuse to hand over the alcohol, whereas the money will not be returned. In accordance with alcohol laws, alcohol is sold from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Deliveries with alcohol will be delivered between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m.

The prices for the products sold in the Online Shop are shown next to the products. The cost for delivering the goods will be added to the price.

The cost of delivering the goods depends on the location of the buyer and the manner of delivery. The cost of delivery is shown to the buyer when they are completing their order.

Information about products is shown in the Online Shop right next to the products.

Placing an order

For ordering goods, the desired products must be added to the shopping cart. For placing an order, the required fields must be filled and a suitable delivery option must be chosen. After that, the cost is shown on the screen, which can be paid through a bank link or with another payment option.

Payment options

OÜ Priit Press ja Lilled is responsible for processing personal data to carry out payments; OÜ Priit Press ja Lilled will transfer necessary personal data to an authorised processor at Maksekeskus AS.

The payment currency is the euro (€) and payments are made through Estonian bank links.

After entering contact information, the contents of the shopping cart are shown and you are asked to choose the manner of receiving the order. While placing an order, the Client can choose whether the Recipient will collect the product themselves at the Online Shop or the product will be taken to the Recipient’s address by courier service. Courier service is provided by working partner FS Logistics OÜ

The online shop does not facilitate courier service for products of the online shop farther than 15 km from Tallinn.

Due to heavy workload on festive days such as Valentine’s Day, Women’s Day, and Mother’s Day, special conditions apply regarding delivery. On those dates, the online shop guarantees that delivery will be completed during the calendar day.

If the Online Shop is for some reason unable to fulfil the order, the customer will be contacted.


Product delivery costs are paid by the buyer and the prices are shown next to the manner of delivery.

Priit Press ja Lilled fulfils orders placed in the online shop Mondays to Fridays 9 a.m. – 6 p.m., Saturdays 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. There are no deliveries on Sundays. Fulfilling an order takes 3–4 hours. Orders placed after 3 p.m. are fulfilled the next day.

Right of withdrawal

If the content of the order are flowers, flower arrangements, or bouquets, the Client does not have the right to withdraw from the contract pursuant to clause 53 (4) 4) of the Law of Obligations Act.

In accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Estonia and the European Union, the consumer’s right to withdraw from the contract and return the product does not include alcoholic drinks.

If the ordered product does not meet the conditions fixed in the contract, the Client has the right to withdraw from the contract.

If the Client wishes to withdraw their order, they are obligated to inform the merchant thereof in writing as soon as possible. A written note must be sent to the e-mail address [email protected] or the number +372 645 4428 should be called. The e-mail has to include the name of the order which is to be withdrawn, the Client’s contact information (first name, last name, date of submitting the order, contact phone number), and the reason for withdrawing the order.

The merchant will transfer the payment back to the Client with no more than 10 days after the request to revoke the contract was received.

The money will be transferred to the same account number from which the merchant received the money.

Goods bought from the online shop can be returned within 14 days.

Easily perishable goods (flowers, flower arrangements, bouquets) or goods that have been altered upon the Client’s request cannot be returned.

The returnable product has to be without defects, a full set, in original packaging, and without signs of use.

Upon return, the money will be transferred to the same bank account from which the merchant received it.

Transportation costs related to the return will be paid by the Client. If the Client cannot prove their age upon receiving the goods, the merchant may refuse handing over the goods. In that case, the purchase price of the product or postage will not be returned.

The right to file a complaint

The Online Shop is responsible for the noncompliance of sold goods with contractual terms that were present at the moment of delivery and which occur in up to two years after delivering the goods to the buyer. During the first six months after handing the goods over to the buyer, it is presumed that the flaw was there at the moment of delivery. Overturning such a presumption is the duty of the Online Shop.

The Online Shop is not responsible for defects that have developed after handing the product over to the buyer.

If the products bought from the Online Shop have defects for which the Online Shop is responsible, the Online Shop will replace the defective goods. If the product cannot be mended or replaced, the Online Shop will return all costs related to the Sales Contract to the buyer.

The Online Shop will respond to the consumer’s complaint in written form or in a format which can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.

Direct marketing and processing personal data.

The Online Shop uses the personal data (including name, phone number, address, e-mail address, bank details) that the buyer has provided only to process the order and send the goods to the buyer. The Online Shop transfers personal data to the company providing transport services to deliver goods.

The Online Shop will send newsletters and offers to the Client’s e-mail address only if the buyer has shown interest in it by inserting their e-mail address in the Online Shop and stated their wish to receive direct marketing notifications.

The buyer can forego the offers and newsletters sent to their e-mail address at any time by sending us an e-mail or following the instructions given in an e-mail about the offers.

Settling disputes

If the buyer has complaints related to the Online Shop, they should be sent to the e-mail address [email protected] or this number should be called: +372 645 4428.

If the buyer and the Online Shop cannot settle disputes through a mutual arrangement, the buyer can approach the Consumer Disputes Committee. The Consumer Disputes Committee is authorised to settle disputes regarding the contract signed by the buyer and the Online Shop. The buyer’s complaint will be processed in the committee free of charge.

The buyer may turn to the platform settling consumer disputes in the European Union.
